We had a great visit at New Heights! The house was clean, super cozy and an overall great space. We walked easily to downtown and other great spots in the area. We enjoyed the deck and the house immensely. Sean is very responsive and a great host!

This was an awesome stay! There is SO much to do in Decorah and this is the perfect place to make your home base. Dunning Spring and Ice Cave is just up the road- within walking distance. Our host was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

New Heights was a great fit for our group of 6. View was great with forest and river view from the deck. Large deck with lots of seating. We spent a majority of our time at the house on the deck. Sean was very responsive for any of our needs. He is also a super nice guy. I would highly recommend New Heights for your next trip to Decorah. I can’t wait to return.

Sean is a great communicator - both prior to and during our stay. Location, location, location is everything about “TheHeights”, in addition to the amenities available. Our family thoroughly loved our stay, and highly recommend staying here to future guests .

The location was great for walking to a beautiful waterfall. Sean was responsive and cooperative. House was clean and spacious which was perfect for our large group. The porch and outdoor fire pit table were perfect for relaxing and making s’mores.

Thank you for renting your place to my family. It was perfect for my young grandchildren as well. We loved walking to Dunning Springs. It is a favorite hike for us.

Our family of 3 adults and 4 kids stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of room to spread out, beautiful area (very good location to get everywhere in Decorah), gorgeous view of the river and downtown, and Sean’s place exceeded our expectations. Sean is very proactive and responsive; we really felt that he went above and beyond with this place. Will definitely look him up again if we are back to Decorah. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deck was phenomenal as the weather allowed us to use it morning, noon and night. The kitchen space allowed us to have more than 'one cook in the kitchen' without getting in one another's ways. The amenities and extra touches were so thoughtful - Impact Coffee at the coffee bar and a bowl of sweets as we entered - to name a couple. We love walking around Decorah. Since we were in town for Luther College graduation, we had easy access to both downtown and the college. We also had runners staying and the access to the Trout Run Trail was ideal for them.
Sean introduced himself to us as we were packing up and we were able to personally thank him for his hospitality. We would definitely stay again.
