No parties or events allowed without prior approval. We want you to enjoy your stay, but let's keep the good times within these walls. No smoking allowed. Smoking isn't allowed here, but we promise the fresh Iowa air outside is perfect for puffing away (if you must). Plus, it won't set off the smoke detectors! Pets are warmly welcomed. Just remember to introduce your furry friends to the golden rules of courtesy and keep those paws on the floor at all times (No furniture hopping). Oh, and please make good use of the provided bags to perform your own "yard maintenance" – it's only fair to Mother Nature and the next guests! Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. We're family-friendly! Just remember, our furniture isn't great for toddler gymnastics, so save the somersaults for the trails. Please respect check-in and check-out times. We know you're excited to start your adventure, but our cleaning crew needs a little time to make it sparkle for the next guests. Also note: Booking your stay does not guarantee an early check in. Please make sure it has been approved. Requests for late check out will always be considered, but not guaranteed. Guests that are more than one hour late to check out without approval will incur additional full night’s fee. Please feel free to dispose of your trash in the conveniently located trash can near the main entrance. It's like a treasure hunt, but with fewer surprises! No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Sorry, but we're not a hiding spot for your secret spice collection. Stick to salt and pepper, folks! Warning: Bunk Bed Shenanigans Ahead! While our bunk beds are perfect for a fun sleepover or reliving your childhood dreams, please remember that climbing up and down can sometimes be as tricky as navigating a kite on a windy day. We've had our fair share of top bunk acrobatics, and we want to make sure you land softly and safely. So, please: Always use the provided ladder for ascent and descent. This is not a daredevil contest, after all. No bunk bed races, please. We don't want you to become the fastest in Iowa. Keep your personal belongings secure and within reach. We don't want any midnight treasure hunts up there. Hold Harmless Agreement: I, the guest, agree to assume all responsibility for my bunk bed escapades. I understand that the use of bunk beds involves some level of risk, and I promise not to blame our gracious host. If you decide to embark on an eBike adventure, remember that helmets are required, and also your stylish accessory of choice! Safety is key, and helmets are your ticket to both protection and a fashionable look. Plus, please be aware that when you hop on those electric chariots, you are assuming all the risks associated with riding them.
